The researchers also found that people participating in the almond intervention had better level of total cholesterol and triglycerides both of which are very important to manage obesity and diabetes.
Almond contain calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, vitamin k, protein and zinc all of which contribute to bone health. Expert have recommended almond as a way to obtain some of this nutrition.
